V1 Software is a company focused on training and recruitment within the aviation industry. V1 Software has focused on aviation since 2016 and have a passion for aviation and training which is manifested in our solutions.  At V1 we:

  • Are focused on delivering the most flexible, functional, practical and cost-effective systems that truly add value to the airline,
  • Engage with our clients to incorporate feedback into our solutions,
  • Are committed to providing management with the necessary data, information and analytics to assist their strategic, tactical and operational decision making in the training environment, and
  • Ensure that our solutions can easily integrate with operational and or reporting systems, for example updating expiry dates, PowerBI, etc.
The V1 Software philosophy:
Systems are based on the premise of simplicity, ease of use, accuracy and robustness. No system realizes its full potential without user acceptance and trust. Users must find the system easy to use and trust - their input (data captured) is actually actioned. Ease of use can be achieved through intelligent system design, functionality, flexibility, knowledgeable and practical system setup and by incorporating applicable user feedback. Trust, however, can only be achieved through consistency, robustness, auditability and security.

Ultimately, airlines today require customized, cost-effective technology solutions that meet their unique requirements which are enablers to achieving their strategic and operational goals.
